Police in Isinya, Kajiado County, are intensifying their search for a man believed to be involved in the death of his wife on Monday night. The incident, which took place in Naserian Village, has left the local community deeply shaken.

Assistant Chief Hoah Leshantin stated that the family had recently moved to the area and was not yet well-known among their neighbors. “This family was new to the village, and this unfortunate event has left everyone in disbelief,” Leshantin noted.
Isinya Police Commander Patrick Manyasi provided further details, revealing that the husband, identified as Chrispinus Mukopi, aged 37, managed to flee the scene with three of their children. Tragically, the youngest child was left behind near the deceased mother. Commander Manyasi confirmed that the youngest child will be placed under the care of a children’s home to ensure their safety and well-being while investigations continue.
“This is a truly heart-wrenching situation,” Manyasi remarked. “We are doing everything possible to locate and apprehend the suspect. Violence within families is not the answer to any disputes, and we urge all community members to seek peaceful resolutions to conflicts.”
Police are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to come forward. Meanwhile, they continue to work tirelessly to ensure justice is served.
