Police in Bomet Central Sub County are investigating a case involving two adult males who were allegedly found in a compromising situation behind an agrovet shop in Silibwet Township. The incident was reported to Silibwet Police Station by a member of the community policing team who noticed suspicious behavior from one of the individuals entering the agrovet premises.
Officers responded promptly and, upon accessing a back room, allegedly discovered two men with their trousers opened, lying on a mattress.
The suspects were identified as Marshal Kipkirui, also known as Thomas, aged 47, and Kevin Kipkorir Koech, aged 22. Both were arrested at the scene and taken to the police station for processing. They were later referred to a medical facility for examination as part of the ongoing investigation.

Police Commander Edward Imbwaga confirmed the arrest and stated that both individuals are scheduled to appear in court on August 15, 2025. Kipkirui is expected to face charges of engaging in carnal acts against the order of nature, while Koech is accused of permitting such acts.
