Police in Limuru have detained a man at Tigoni Police Station following allegations that he lured women through online love messages before subjecting them to violent attacks.
According to reports, the suspect allegedly contacted women via the internet, convincing them to meet in person. Once trust was established, he is said to have assaulted the victims, robbed them of their belongings, and sexually abused them while issuing death threats should they expose him.

Limuru Sub‑County Police Commander Mary Gachie confirmed the arrest, noting that the suspect has a troubling history. “We urge all victims who may have fallen prey to this individual to come forward and file formal complaints,” she stated.
Authorities revealed that the suspect had previously been released by the courts only a few months ago after facing similar charges. His re‑arrest has raised concerns about repeat offenses and the need for stronger measures to protect vulnerable individuals from such predatory behavior.
Police are now calling on members of the public to exercise caution when engaging in online relationships and to report suspicious activities promptly. Investigations into the case are ongoing.
